My career in the Life Insurance Industry began in April of 1992. Since then, I have consistently studied and upgraded my knowledge of the various insurance, disability and employee benefit programs available.

Based in Yarmouth, I serve a clientele from Yarmouth to Cape Breton, up to and including various parts of New Brunswick.
   

I started in the industry with Metropolitan Life until June of 1994 when I began working with L.G. Trask Insurance Limited, one of the Maritime's largest general insurance brokerage firms. From October of 2002 to present, I have owned and operated Ryan Insurance Services Limited, purchasing the Life, Investment, Group and Individual health portion of L.G. Trask Insurance Limited in June of 2003.

During my career I have witnessed tremendous changes in the industry as a whole. Continued disclosure for the client's protection, mergers of huge companies becoming larger and more competitive, lower insurance costs and the development of products for specific market needs.
